At present, the disabled population in Beijing has reached 999,000, representing the city’s total population of 6.49 percent, and the type of disability is also very complicated. In accordance with this study on the Beijing Disabled Sports consumption standards define the level of the Beijing Disabled Sports consumption which show a low level is the main trend. Among them, the annual consumption in 149 or less accounted for 57. 6%2. In the socialist market economy, in addition to government provision of public sports products, with people’s consumption expenditures, personal consumption expenditure spent on sports is also gradual increase in the proportion of it is disabled and able-bodied people is the same as . In this regard, the majority of surveyed people with positive attitudes.3. Because of the disabled individual with the degree of disability there is a clear difference, so people with disabilities participate in sports consumption motivation vary. In the respondents said, "To enhance physical fitness, to maintain health, reduce the incidence of illness" and "In order to enrich the life of the contents of" the majority; hobbies higher proportion; the proportion of social interaction is not high.4. Beijing, people with disabilities to participate in sports consumption rate of 42. 4 percent, the data was significantly higher than that in 2004 some scholars surveys in some provinces and cities of China’s disabled sports participation rate of 24.2 percent of consumption level. One reason for this article believes that its sample size is different; second is Beijing’s geographical advantage; the third is the impact of the Olympic Games and Paralympics Games. But that can not be ignored is that this data is still lower than the able-bodied sports participate in the rate of consumption at this stage in Beijing.5. The main channel of Beijing disabled to obtain sports consumption information is a variety of media, rather than "first-hand experience." This shows that the sports consumption structure of the source of information channels is not quite rational, which tend to external sources of information.6. Currently, the type of in-kind sports consumption is so high, as much as 97.8 percent, but to participate in sports and the proportion of consumption behavior was only 19.6 percent, the lowest proportion. This situation is not in line with the able-bodied and disabled sports integration with the modern development of a civilized society.7. The survey to the disabled sports consumption satisfaction showed a higher proportion of unsatisfactory. The main reason is the sporting goods or services of high prices, poor service quality and attitude. This article holds that the main factors impact on Sports consumption behavior of Beijing Disabled are income, the environment, awareness of sports as well as individuals such as leisure time.In response to the above analysis, this paper in three areas of measures such as from the Government’s policy, a wide range of social concerns, and the sporting goods business market segmentation strategy to support Beijing Disabled Sports consumption behavior.
