The Case Study About The Cultivate Mode Of The Middle School Students Volleyball Player

“Combination of sports with education”is the best way to improve the development of the competitive sports persistently in our country. Middle school is the base to cultivate excellent sports reserve talents of our country. Even the volleyball training of middle school students is the basis of our whole nation volleyball sports and the cultivate mode of middle school volleyball athletes will influence the quality and specification of the reserve talents directly.The purpose is To explore how to cultivate high-quality middle school volleyball players and give development course of courtermeasures and suggestions to the problems exit in their training course. In order to make our cultivate mode of middle school volleyball player better, Which will not only train our personal volleyball practical guiding significance and important reference role, but also will contribute to our country as a whole volleyball career full, healthy, stable and sustainable development.By using the method of literaturedata, questionaire investgation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis mathed, the paper makes survey on selection, training, learning, competition and fund of Beijing 101middle school, Baotou NO.1 middle school, Weifang NO.7 middle school, Beijing Jingshan middle school and Hebei Shijiazhuang NO.1 middle school which cultivate the middle school volleyball athletes. After making deeply analysis and comparison, the result showed some problems exist in the cultivate mode of the five midde school:(1)Five schools need further scientific methods in selecting athletes. In the selection scope, except weifang seven middle school the remaining four schools are very wide range of material selection, facing the country, province, autonomous region-wide enrollment。(2) Five secondary school have insisted on continuous training, the training time is guaranteed. On the training content is no specific psychological and theoretical knowledge of volleyball training. Training in science should be strengthened. (3) The vollerball players of the five schools study with commom students in one class in order to adopt a way to develop their study habits and ensure their full development. the learning achievements of the athletes in the five schools are mainly distributing in middling, but women’s athletes are better than men’s athletes. The contradiction between learning and training has easen up, but still exits. (4) the races which five schools participate in are the district level, provincial and municipal and national competitions. The number of the races focuse on provincial and municipal competition, the national competition and world-class high-level competitions are fewer. The grades and the number of the games need to be further improved. (5) The output of the five school’s athletes are mainly to domestic high level tesm of colleges and universities, college physical eduation, professional teams and universities abroad. The women’s output is better than men’s. (6) The fund of Beijing 101 Middle School, Baotou No.1 Middle School and Jingshan Middle School are mainly from physical Committee, Edutioncation Committee, school funding, corpotate sponsorship and student fees. The source of the training fund is richer. But the source of fund in Weifang No.7 Middle School and Hebei Shijiazhuang No.1 Middle School is narrower, funding tense.In response to these situation and problems, this paper put forward the following suggestions to improve and enhance the cultivate mode of middle school volleyball players:To adopt scientific selection to expand the selection range;science and training combined to ensure the quality of training; training and education should start at the outset in hand; increase the number of high-level competition;to broaden sources of funding channels;ensure the way to output middle school volleyball students smooth.
