In this study 13-14-year-olds using cycle training method while the upper and lower limbs as well as the systemic forces a more reasonable arrangement with a view to a more comprehensive development of youth fitness. But for young people in improving the speed-strength combination of training and the use of circuit training method in training young people in the industry, there is no more discussion and research. Body as well as the upper and lower limbs, especially the coordination of speed-strength exercise less, so in the industry, training young people to quickly power cycle training method is more targeted, more effective training effect, even more prominent.2 experimental study found that the experimental group of young people in improving the cycle of speed-strength training method used and the control group in the industry, training coaches is adopted in most cases, a general training method, that is in the process of the first training exercise After the end of a practice approach during the next practice, the young athletes of the rapid increase in strength have positive significance and role of the effect is remarkable.3 This experimental study also found that the experimental group and control group during exercise training in the use of different combinations, different training method means there is a certain difference between the training effect.
