With the development of tennis in recent years,the cultivation of young tennis players has become a concern.Tennis is a sport with high techniques.From the perspective of growth and development of young players,to start at the age of 6-8 is the most suitable.At the age of16 their training patterns begin to transit to adult training pattern.This thesis takes those tennis players between the age of 12 and 14 as research object.They already have a certain technical foundation,and the application of the circuit training can strengthen their physical fitness and physique,thus improve the technical capability.Circuit training,based on the specific task,sets up the exercise methods as a number of exercise stations.In accordance with the established order and route,athletes complete the training task of each station at one time.Circuit training can effectively stimulate the training mood,cumulative load "traces",alternatively stimulate different body positions.The structural factors of circuit training are the training content,the exercise load,the arrangement order of each station,the intermittent between stations,the intermittent between circuits,the number of stations and the number of circuit.Circuit training can effectively improve training mood and enthusiasm,it can reasonably increase exercise load in the exercise training process.It can be at adjusted and treated differently at any time according to the specific circumstances.It can effectively avoid the partial over-burden,and postpone fatigue,and thus contribute to comprehensive physical training.Young athletes are in the stage of body growth.The age of 12-14 is the golden age of physical quality development.Too much heavy load training is not suitable,especially the strength training,otherwise it will affect the growth of bones.Tennis players require high body height,so in the physical and strength training we need to focus on the development of coordination,agility and dynamic balance.In tennis techniques,the strength of small muscle groups is very critical,which is also one of the difficulties in the strength training,so we design some of the exercise stations as the combination of techniques and physical strength,and the athletes are urged to exercise repeatedly.The station actions designed on the basis of these technical actions can continue to the growth of the muscle groups.Meanwhile this process allows the muscles to enhance the memory of the action traces.Young players' training is often boring and heavy loaded,and this will affect their training moods,hinder their own thinking on tennis.However in circuit training,the physical strength becomes moreinteresting,coupled with competitions and other ways as an innovative forms of training,athletes can understand the importance of physical and technical combination.In the tennis training of young players,with the increase of age and competition tasks,coaches often increase the training load of young players for better results,and the professional peak of tennis players starts at the age of 20 and ends at 26.But the major domestic competition groups are divided in accordance with age,so high-intensity and high loaded training from coaches will affect their career.Circuit training is the best way to combine physical and technical events in young players' tennis training.It will not affect the growth and physical development because of the large-scale training of large muscle groups,and can effectively improve the cognition and understanding of the technical level.Thus it is very scientific for the training of young players.Circuit training can vary with great diversity,and can be adjusted and modified at any time with more flexibility,mobility and fun.Many domestic and foreign coaches are adopting this training method for the physical strength training of young athletes.Circuit training is described in detail in this study,and the experimental data and analysis can fully reflect the advantages of circuit training.Thirty players are selected from sixty members in the tennis team of Sports School,Hebei Sports University based on balanced number of boys and girls,and balanced technical skills.In the double-blind state,two physical fitness coaches trains the selected players for one month.And then by the physical quality test contents of Chinese Youth Tennis Championship and the physical quality test contents of the national college entrance examination,tests are carried out before and after training.Then the corresponding testing criteria are obtained.The results show that in the youth tennis training,the application of circuit training can greatly enhance the athlete's physical fitness,and correspondingly promotes their understanding and levels of their techniques.
