| As the requirements of video quality improve continuously and the data quantity of video transmission increases day by day, the original fast network bandwidth has been unable to meet the actual needs, in order to solve the problem of real-time video transmission, so that the large volume of data real-time video transmission become possible, this paper presents the gigabit network video transmission technology based on embedded digital processor.The technology used the United States TI’s high performance digital media processor TMS320DM642as a multimedia processing platform, to achieve single D1format of the analog video capture, and use the high performance video coding technology--H.264to complete compression coding, and then transmit video data to the client for decoding and display through the Ethernet network media. The technology breakthrough the bottleneck of embedded system10M/100M Ethernet transmission bandwidth, and realize real-time transmission of high quality video. |
