Research On Modular Management System Based On TnPM

TPM is based on equipment maintenance and management as the goal,the TPM management further expansion into TnPM ideological through employee involvement, continuous ongoing preservation activities, continuous improvement and perfection of the enterprise lay the foundation for sustainable development, reduce production costs, improve production efficiency, improve enterprise management, to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises play an important role.In this paper, printing newspapers for many domestic small and medium enterprise device management status, the TnPM management ideas as a basis for research on the printing device management, building equipment, modular management system. In combination with the specific manufacturer of newspaper printing as an example, highlight the device management focus, specific analysis and the use of 6S, OPL, SOON and FROG activities, the equipment for modular management. Article to the printing device management is divided into two modules: Device economic management and technical management of equipment and large modules with each module to manage the sub-segments, respectively, from equipment selection, equipment upgrades and maintenance, investment recovery, equipment file , maintenance, transformation, spare parts management, security management and personnel management of nine sub-modules described. Every aspect of the use of PDCA cycle to improve, from theoretical research to practical management of the newspaper printing business,in order to improve the level of equipment management.
