With the rapid development of the national economy and technological advances in theprinting industry in China has been rapid development and become an important part of thenational economy. At present, by the labor and environmental factors, the national printingindustry center in the past in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and transfer to the north, along theprinting industry is on the rise in Shijiazhuang. Shijiazhuang JD Printing Co., Ltd. is a packagingand printing for the main project in the printing business. The company is currently operating inthe process encountered some problems, declining product margins, labor costs rising year byyear, gradually rising raw material prices, supply issues, environmental issues, there are some onthe market while the vicious, irrational competition. Etc. These problems make JD Printing Co.,Ltd., Shijiazhuang business affected. In a market economy environment, the company’smarketing is to determine the key to the survival and development of enterprises, one of how todevelop their own marketing strategies to get better returns on the obvious is particularlyimportant.In combination with the theory and methods of marketing, marketing for JD Printing Co.,Ltd. to undertake research. First, the article introduces the basic situation of the company afterJD, currently used for the company’s marketing situation analysis, noting its marketing of themain problems; Then, citing the PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model, the JD printingcompany facing the macroeconomic situation and the industry competitive environment analysis,and the use of analytical tools to identify opportunities faced by JD printing, threats, and theyhave advantages and disadvantages; On this basis, the article on the use of STP theory JDprinting company’s target market be broken down to determine its marketing positioning, andthen use4P marketing theory, from the product, price, place and promotion and other aspects ofthe specific JD printing company marketing optimization solutions. Finally, the article presentsfrom the marketing team building and management, marketing, construction and culturalconstruction of evaluation system put forward three JD printing company marketing strategyspecific safeguards.This paper discussed the case of JD Corporation, the use of systems theory marketingstrategy, marketing strategy from the decision-making and implementation levels do tentativeexploration companies in developing effective marketing JD strategic planning at the same time,companies are doing the same type of marketing strategy decision-making process to providereference.
