As the fast development of economic globalization, modern information technologyand the continuous improvement of customer expectations, the modern enterprisecompetition environment from "seller’s market" to "buyer’s market". In order to maintainits market competitiveness, more and more enterprises to adopt the idea of supply chainmanagement to run a business. Therefore, the choice of supplier evaluation, performancemanagement and incentive mechanism is the foundation of supply chain partnership canrun smoothly. And suppliers as the source of the supply chain, its performance is good orbad will directly affect the supply chain.Printing in food circulation channels plays a very important position, because it is oneof food producers and operators in terms of product promotion ways. Leaflets, posters, etcto pass the promotion information directly to consumers, and it will bring certain positiveeffect to food companies. It is a useful promotion method. For companies, therefore, theprinting supplier’s control is also very important. If the supplier management undeserved, itwill affect the company promotion, at the same time, it will influence the company’s salesrevenue and it will also reduce the company’s core competitiveness.This thesis is focus on printing supplier management, starting from the basic theory ofsupply chain management, using the existing research literature of supplier management.And I set corporation B’s printing supplier management as the research object, through theexisting printing supplier selection evaluation, performance management and incentivemechanisms. Using the SWOT analysis, found that the existence of the correspondingproblem, and according to the current situation, put forward the supplier selectionevaluation system, classification management, supplier performance management andincentive mechanism to optimize concrete plans, to ensure that B corporation ’spromotional activities smoothly, and upgrade the core competitiveness of B corporation inthe market, but also for the optimization, the development of the printing supplier andprovide the basis. Searching many document literature, I found a lot of research literature of suppliermanagement, and the supplier management theory has been relatively mature, but theapplication in printing supplier management couldn’t find relevant literature at present.Therefore, this thesie studies the printing supplier management, using the existing researchliterature of supplier management, select from the supplier selection evaluation,performance management and incentive mechanism to apply to printing suppliermanagement, I hope it will bring some reference to similar food companies.
