In order to solve the uncertainty relationships between emotional type, emotional arousal levels and creative performance in the present studies, this study proposed new emotional classification: informational affects and controlling affects. Enterprise managers can promote the staff’s creative performance through satisfying the staff’s psychological needs and arouseing emotions appropriatly.On the basis of literature research, a exploratory questionnaire of employees’informational affects and controlling affects was made by using the scales of PANAS and basic psychological needs, trying to find out the concent of informational affects or controlling affects in Chinese Employees(including affectional type and arousal level). Through to the 118 valid samples for descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, Cluster Analysis, the concent of informational affents and controlling affects was established. Informational affents included nine factors: highly intensity feeling of exciting, vibrant, inspired, passionated, proud, energy sufficient, intrested,concentrational and strong-willed. Controlling affects included twelve factors: moderate intensity feeling of sad, be on tenterhooks, nervous, irritable, alert, fear, strong-willed, full of vigor, vitality, fear and highly intensity feeling of upset and concentrational. |
