A Study On The Impact Of Basic Psychological Needs On Tourists' Loyalty

The satisfaction of employees' basic psychological needs,will be sent to you by loyalty to this social emotions affect the core competitiveness of the enterprise,high quality staff loyalty is the fundamental guarantee of enterprise core competitiveness.Instead,employees do not have a high level of the basic psychological need to meet or are not met,will seek other can meet their basic psychological needs of enterprises,the result will destabilize the work of the staff and even lead to staff turnover,many empirical studies have shown that both at home and abroad,high staff turnover is the direct result of low employee satisfaction and loyalty.In this paper,from the Angle of psychology,basic psychological needs to guide's personnel as the basis,to explore the basic psychological need to meet the staff loyalty to the guide.This study used paper and Internet questionnaires in the form of GuangZhiLv,citic CITS,jiangmen and easy travel to guangzhou,zhongshan QingLv CITS,dongguan,shenzhen food Tours the world travel agency,and the pearl river delta large travel agency to investigate,take back 137 questionnaires,and based on SPSS statistical tools,through the regression analysis and related coefficient to explore basic psychological needs each dimension meet the tour guide personnel loyalty dimension relations,obtained the following results: the satisfaction of basic psychological needs has significant positive influence to the tour guide staff loyalty,basic psychological need satisfaction is higher,the loyalty of the guide's personnel is higher.Finally,according to the empirical study conclusion,to the management and development of Chinese tourism industry has brought some enlightenment.
