Compensation Management Case Study Of M Elevator Company

Compensation management is one of the core module of modern enterprise human resource management, and is the important component of modern enterprise rules establishment. To some extent, whether compensation management is effective or not, will directly affect the daily production and business operation of one company, also will affect company’s development and achievement of strategic goal.With the high speed development of China economy, many MNCs invested in China to build factories, and at the same time, modern compensation management ideas and systems were brought in. While because some problems occurs in the process of management and operation, the compensation has lost its motivation, and compensation management was under passive situation, then which led to the lost of excellent talents.Based on the study of relevant compensation management theory, as well as current management situation of M company, systematic cause analysis is done in this thesis against the typical problems existing in M company compensation management, which include inaccurate positioning, unreasonable salary adjustment and insufficient variable incentive, etc. Based on the cause analysis, this thesis raises specific and appropriate solutions towards each problem, which finally accelerate the completion of M company compensation management improvement.Based on the solutions raised, the purpose of this thesis is to solve the problems caused by compensation issue, such as high turnover rate, decreasing sales performance, low manufacturing efficiency, etc., and then contribute to the overall performance improvement of company and enhance the company market competitiveness.
