Study On Network Competence Of Service Outsourcing Enterprise Impact On Innovation Performance

Cluster innovation network provides a good innovation environment for companies in thecluster to communicate with external organizations effectively, realize network innovation.For practitioners, in a complex network environment, companies need to cultivate a way to adaptto the complex network environment, which help the development of the capacity of its network,that network competence.This study bases on the analysis of the development status of China’s service outsourcingindustry and enterprises, summed up the characteristics of local service outsourcing enterprises:1.Service outsourcing is significant innovation-oriented;2. Service outsourcing enterprise has anetwork of abundant customers;3. Service outsourcing business partners are very closely related.This article divides the network competence of China’s service outsourcing enterprises into thefollowing three dimensions: network visioning capability, network construction capabilityand relationship management capabilities. Then study network competence‘s three dimensions ofservice outsourcing enterprise impacting innovation performance through the establishmentof multi-agent simulation mode.Conclusions:1. the network competence of service outsourcing enterprises contain threedimensions: network vision capability, network construction capability and network relationshipmanagement capabilities;2. network vision capability identify opportunities inherent in the clusterinnovation network, determine enterprises’ innovation-oriented, develop innovative strategies andplan innovative activities of enterprises from the strategic level, thus have a positive impact oninnovation performance;3. the network service outsourcing enterprises build capacity ofpartners to help enterprises gaining innovation resources to achieve internal processes to improveinnovation performance; However, because of the qualification stage of China’s serviceoutsourcing enterprises lack resources for innovation are generally more scarce, leading to themaintenance of deepening the partnership with a single binary relation is evenmore effective, so the ability to build enterprise networks have a positive impact on the lag. So atthis stage of China’s service outsourcing enterprises to build capacity of the network effects oninnovation performance is not obvious;4. The network relationship management capabilitiesmaximize innovative technology obtained from partners by strengthening the degree of trustand cooperation between partners.
