With the discovery and application of new technologies,technological innovation has become a powerful engine for industrial structure upgrading and economic growth.Technological innovation capability has become an important indicator for measuring the competitiveness of enterprises.In recent years,the business community has realized that the traditional way of relying on factor inputs to promote output does not work.The competitive advantage of enterprises derives from the possession and development of knowledge,science and technology and intangible assets,that is,the technological innovation capabilities of enterprises.The above-scale industrial enterprises are the main force in Anhui's economic construction.Analysing the technological innovation level of enterprises on the rules and visually describing the contribution of technological innovation will help arouse the attention of the business community to technology research and development and accelerate the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure of Anhui Province.This article starts from the four perspectives of the concept of technological innovation,the connotation of technological innovation,the evaluation of technological innovation capabilities,and the contribution of technological innovation capabilities,and collects and combs relevant innovation theories and research results.Based on this,an evaluation index system for technological innovation capabilities of industrial enterprises above designated size including four dimensions of technological innovation input capabilities,technological innovation output capabilities,technological innovation introduction and absorption capabilities,and technological innovation environmental support capabilities is designed,with nine secondary indicators.The statistical yearbook data of 2007-2017 were consulted and horizontal comparison and vertical comparison methods were used to illustrate the current status of the development of the above-scale industrial enterprises in AnhuiProvince,the status quo of their technological innovation capabilities,and the problems that have arisen in the current development.The study found that the absolute amount of most indicators maintained an upward trend,but the development among local cities was uneven,and resources were concentrated in the Lancang River region.In addition,both the total amount and per capita holdings were comparable to coastal provinces.A big gap.To intuitively reflect the technological innovation level of industrial enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province,and use factor analysis methods to measure the technological innovation capabilities of industrial enterprises in Anhui Province during 2006-2016.The measurement results show that the technological innovation capability of industrial enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province has basically risen.situation.To further analyze the contribution of technological innovation to corporate output,the Cobb-Douglas function was used to measure capital contributions,labor contributions,and innovation contributions.The study found that innovation contributes more to corporate output than to capital contribution and labor.Contributions,the rate of change in capital contributions in various years is not obvious,while the labor contribution fluctuates greatly during the eleven years,indicating that technological innovation is a reliable driving force for the export of corporate products.At the end of the article,according to the research findings of this article,corresponding suggestions are made to provide reference for promoting the transformation of economic development mode in Anhui Province.
