The developed countries have already made attempt in the field oflow-carbon economy long before and have also received the periodical achievements,which have aroused positive influence on strengthening the national competiveness. Inorder to realize the substantial development of our society, economy and environment,we ought to comply with the international development trend and solve the problemsand challenges we face through developing our national low-carbon economy.
