Studies On The Sustainable Development Of China’s Real Estate Enterprises Based On Entropy Theory

The real estate industry is a basic industry of national economy, also it is leadingindustry and pillar industry. The real estate industry benign, healthy, sustainabledevelopment closely related to the development of real estate enterprises.Chinese realestate enterprises are in a crucial period of the opportunities and challenges. As the"six","eight","fifteen" or "quota" policy introduced in, real estate enterprises arefacing severe challenges.To explore a road of sustainable development of China’s real estate enterprises,has become an important issue facing the domestic real estate enterprises. At present,the implementation of sustainable development at the enterprise level is not perfectenough,scientific understanding and assessment of sustainable development of realestate enterprises,has strong theoretical and practical significance.It is an urgent task.Based on entropy theory, dissipation structure theory and enterprise sustainabledevelopment theory, this paper is on the study of China’s real estate enterprisessustainable development from the angle of system throry.Oriented by China’s realestate enterprise features and status, analyze the factors influencing the sustainabledevelopment of China’s real estate enterprises construct real estate enterprisesustainable development evaluation index system.Also, analysy and define positiveentropy and negative entropy of the real estate enterprises,positive entropy flowelements include culture entropy,structure entropy,capacity entropy, negative entropyflow elements are mainly environmental entropy.Then,using entropy method todeduce formula of positive entropy and negative entropy of the real estate business,establish entropy Brusselator model of sustainable development of real estate enterprises,derive a criterion of real estate enterprises becoming dissipative structures.Finally, select XX real estate enterprises for empirical object, obtained underlying datathrough questionnaires, calculate positive entropy and negative entropy, to makejudgments on the empirical object whether it will become dissipative structures,analysis of how to realize the sustainable development of XX real estate enterprises. Inthis paper, based on the entropy and dissipative structure perspective, carried out a newstudy on sustainable development of real estate enterprises in China.
