With the introduction of various policies,the supply of land has declined,and the real estate industry's reshuffling trend is obvious.In the context of increasingly complex policy environments and market ecology,real estate companies have ushered in a crucial moment in their destiny.The current test of real estate companies is not only profitability,but also how a real estate company can adapt to changes in the market and constantly adjust the direction of development.How to make scientific decisions,guide the development strategy and direction of enterprises,and rationally allocate resources are particularly important.Under the new development concept,it is necessary to consider the profitability of enterprises,strive for more shares and profits in the market,and also give consideration to sustainable development.In view of the above background,this article provides an overview of profitability and sustainable development theory.From the perspective of real estate companies,we read a lot of literature and comprehensively consider various industry fields.On the basis of the existing research on sustainable development and core competitiveness of enterprises,combined with the industry attributes and characteristics of the real estate industry,it is proposed to evaluate the profitability of real estate enterprises from the perspective of sustainable development.In addition to sustainable development theory and profitability theory,the evaluation method in this paper also refers to the core competitiveness theory of the enterprise.Then,this paper is oriented to application and based on practice.With my work unit-real estate company BYZ as an empirical research background,the principles of universality,stability,comparability,completeness and simplicity of the selection of profitability evaluation indicators are established.The literature analysis method and Delphi method rough selection,adjustment and finally established the relevant evaluation index system.Furthermore,this paper collects data through a questionnaire survey of BYZ management and external experts,and uses the rough set method and coefficient of variation method to calculate the weight of each index.The combination of the two objective weight calculation methods of rough set method and coefficient of variation method not only avoids the subjective interference of weight calculation,but also takes into account the high division of weight calculation by the coefficient of variation method and the rough set method when calculating the weight.The internal decision mechanism of the indicator makes the weight allocation more reasonable and effective.Finally,do research and business data collection for BYZ company,and do reliability and validity test.After effective processing of quantifiable data and nonquantifiable data,they are input into the evaluation model to calculate the evaluation results.On the basis of obtaining the evaluation results,carry out targeted analysis and discussion,and put forward relevant strategies and suggestions for the company's future development from the perspective of sustainable development.
