As China's socialist market economy and the gradual improvement of the social objectives of the comprehensive construction well-off the gradual deepening of the real estate industry within the framework of the macro out of nearly two decades of deliberation and exploration stage, rapidly developed into an important industry of the national economy, and pull Related supporting industries to form a support for an important industry for the rapid development of macro-economic groups, to become the basis for economic development, guiding and pillar industry. Especially in China's entry into WTO, domestic investment, further opening of markets, foreign investment in the further deepening and development of real estate has become a national economy, an important area of investment. Therefore, how to achieve a sustained and healthy development of the real estate industry to promote the healthy operation of macroeconomic stability has become the current government at all levels to strengthen macro-control is an important task.This study attempts to learn from domestic and foreign real estate in the theories and methods of sustainable development based on the sustainable development of the Changsha City real estate analysis, evaluation and forecasting, Changsha City real estate development revealed the main problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures before proceeding to provide a theoretical basis for macro economic control purposes.In this paper, sustainable development of urban real estate Changsha findings are: 1. Changsha, the real estate market at this stage there is no bubble, on the whole is healthy.2.the current real estate development in Changsha basic sustainable use of resources, ecological environment is generally sound, economically viable, but still owes a harmonious social development, and overall poor coordination.3.In 2006-2010, such as Changsha, the average economic growth rate of 13% annually, then the Changsha City real estate there are at least five years of rapid development period, and then will enter a rapid development and stable development track.Based on the above conclusions, as well as the Changsha City real estate development status quo, this proposal should focus on intensive use of land from the increased level of attention to environmental protection, strengthen macro-control of the real estate market, further intensifying the housing security system reform in four areas to strengthen the government management control to ensure the real estate industry and the entire national economy's sustainable development.
