Northwest rural area is one of the poorest regions in China. With the economicdevelopment,and the policy for rural development under the leadership of a newsocialist countryside construction and rebuilding of old housing projects, housingconstruction made significant changes in rural Northwest areas. Due to the multipleconstraints of the poor level of economic development, complex geographicalenvironment and climate factors, Northwest Rural housing construction there are someproblems to be solved. because of earthquake disaster, fell into disrepair, improperconstruction and other factors, a large number of dilapidated buildings to make securitycannot guarantee in the northwest rural areas,and the lack of earthquake awareness andappropriate construction technology make the new seismic performance is also poor.This paper focuses on analysis and discussion of theory risk identification of ruralhousing for the Northwest Rural Housing status.This paper from the field survey, building materials, structure, seismic performance,the risk under normal use conditions analysis of the objective to show the Northwestrural housing construction situation, and analyze the problems in the housingconstruction in rural areas.Housing risk identification is directly related to people’s lives and security as well aspost-earthquake damage assessment and reconstruction, the rebuilding of old housingconstruction. Two aspects of risk identification standards of rural housing ruraldangerous building appraisal guidelines (Trial),combined with findings from qualitativeand quantitative analyzes. Using mathematical theory and comprehensive analysis of thequantitative identification of methods and influencing factors under the actual layer, Concluded that the root cause of problems in identification methods is the application offuzzy M (,)operator error,And improve related factors or methods,aimed atimproving the housing risk identification methods to Provide a reference for thedangerous rural housing accreditation standards formulated and technical support forthe rebuilding of old housing project.At the end of the paper, briefly introduced the need to solve the problem of ruralhousing construction and disaster prevention and mitigation, such as the construction ofhousing information systems, earthquake damage prediction, and learn from the risk ofidentification of ideas to build the structure of the rural housing earthquake damageprediction fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
