At the same timeincreasing construction scales, affordable housing appearing a number of defects in qualityand function. Problems in the present, this article in-depth study of housing performanceevaluation standards at home and abroad, combined with affordable housing construction inChina has made the establishment of performance evaluation index system of affordablehousing. Affordable housing through a system of analysis of basic theory and technical standardfor performance assessment of residential buildings, in five major performance increase on the basis of theproperty management and security performance, affordable housing and commercial housing performanceevaluation and analysis on the index set difference, established a perfect affordable housing performanceevaluation index system.Using AHP method of determining the index weight in this article, for each indicator, reference thestandards of social housing construction in Ningxia, technical standard for performance assessment ofresidential building and residential building codes, determines the evaluation criterion of qualitative orquantitative indicators. Establishing multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and formulating themethod of evaluation model on the affordable housing community. Finally, using an affordable housingcommunity in Lingwu city, as a case, it makes a simulation evaluation to test its results.Housing performance evaluation in improving housing performance, promoting the housing industrymodernization, safeguard the interests of consumers, uniform housing performance evaluation indexes andmethods played an important role. Affordable housing on the premise of controlling cost and high density,area also need to be designed to be as compact, functional and complete supporting facilities of living space.In light of these characteristics, in the implementation of performance evaluation in the construction ofaffordable housing, comprehensive performance is all the more important to promote affordable housing.
