Study On Quality Management Technique Under The Life Cycle Of Manufacturing Enterprise Supply Chain

Along with the continuous development of global economy and the deepening ofthe China economic system reform, the market competition becomes more and morefierce, and the quality management mode of manufacturers changes from a singleenterprise to the whole supply chain quality management gradually. However, to keepcompetitive, the supply chain changes constantly, and the manufacturing supply chainmanagement is facing more challenges. Therefore, according to the characteristics ofdynamic changes in supply chain, and from the perspective of the life cycle aboutmanufacturing supply chain, developing and improving the quality of supply chainmanagement becomes the starting point and the destination of the essay.In this dissertation, firstly we propose the background and significance of thisstudy, from the beginning of the forming process of supply chain quality managementthoughts, analyze the quality management of supply chain, and its main performanceand the core ideas which is different from a single enterprise quality management, andstatus research about domestic and international supply chain quality management isdescribed. Then, this paper analyzes the defects of traditional quality management mode,expounds the connotation and characteristics of the supply chain quality managementmodel. This paper takes the supply chain life cycle theory as the main line, the mainresearch contents of paper are as follows:Firstly, the life cycle quality management model of manufacturing supply chain isresearched theoretically. The life cycle quality management model of manufacturingsupply chain is proposed，and its content and characteristics are analyzed. Theconstruction principle of the life cycle system is put forward to set up the qualitymanagement system of supply chain life cycle;Secondly, the evaluation of quality competitive power of the manufacturing supplychain construction stage is researched. According to the actual situation of themanufacturers, whole supply chain quality competitiveness evaluation index system isconstructed, combining with the characteristics of gray system, the quality competitivepower evaluation is built as grey system in the construction stage of supply chain, thesupply chain quality competitive power evaluation strategies is studied based on thegrey combination decision method, which is to provide ideas for the constructiondecision of manufacturing supply chain. Thirdly, cooperative control problem of forming process about product quality inthe manufacturing supply chain operation period is researched deeply. Based on theproduct life cycle process, forming process about product quality in the manufacturingsupply chain is divided into six stages, and cooperative control mode of forming processabout product quality in the manufacturing supply chain is established. The reliability ofmanufacturing enterprise supply chain product quality forming process is diagnosedbased on Go method, The influencing factors of manufacturer supply chain productquality formation process is found out so as to control collaboratively in the productquality forming process better, In the end an example of the formation process ofautomotive supply chain product quality is verified.Finally, by careful research about all supply chain including suppliers,manufacturers, distributors and logistics services providers, the conclusion of greatsignificance is concluded.
