Studies On Quality And Reliability Coordination Management Of Supply Chain In Construction Enterprise

As one of the national pillar industry,development of construction industry has along history in our country,the traditional management system of constructionenterprise makes the enterprise become gradually closed up, cause of the enterprisecan’t realize the advanced about build in a global open systems and supply chainmanagement mode in time.According to the analysis of problems in constructionsupply chain.In this paper,using quality engineering,reliability engineering and thetheory knowledge of engineering systems,from the perspective of supply chainoperation process management,applied mathematics and theory and relevant practiceof quality and reliability of supply chain management to research quality and reliabilityof the construction enterprise comprehensively,the concrete content is as follows:(1),we analyses the supply chain management of the construction enterprise fromthe theory.Mainly introduces the present situation of the supply chain management tothe construction and give out the structure organization of supply chain management inconstruction,analyzing the value and the characteristics of the supply chainmanagement in the construction enterprise.(2),study the supply chain quality management system in constructionenterprise.It is mainly studied the present situation of the application of supply chainquality management in construction enterprises,the formation of the quality ofconstruction products under the environment of supply chain process and in theprocess of quality formation of material suppliers,manufacturers,distributors,analyzingthe influence factors of product quality,puts forward the corresponding controlmeasures for these factors.Finally set up the evaluation index system of construction enterprise supply chain quality,provide the basis for building enterprise performanceevaluation of supply chain quality management.(3),to illustrate the importance of the reliability of supply chain management andhow to applied supply chain reliability management in construction enterprisesproperly by analysing the value,affective factors and building reliability model,givingexamples.(4),based on project material purchasing supply chain quality management ofconstruction enterprises and reliability management synergy mechanism.Firstintroduced the relationship of quality and reliability engineering in the same supplychain management,then draws on the advantages of the collaborativemanagement.Second building the mature extent model of the quality and reliabilitymanagement in the construction enterprises through understanding the maturity model.
