The transferring of industry isnot only the primary means of the developed areas to the "clear the cage for a new bird"strategy, but is also an important way to upgrade the local industrial structure through theintroduction of external competitive industries in less developed regions. In this context,we focus on Chongqing’ industrial undertaking and optimization of industrial structure tostudy the transfer of the empirical case of a regional industry, not only in the academic,the western region to undertake practice activities in the eastern industrial transfer, alsohas a certain reference value.In reference to domestic and foreign industrial transfer on the basis of the relevanttheory and research methods, this paper use principal component analysis methodempirical analysis to analyze the key industry for Chongqing’ industrial undertaking fromthe easten，and give some suggestions about Chongqing’optimization of industrialstructure. The conclusions as follows：①Set the evaluation index system of regional gradient distribution, divide China’s31provinces and regions down into five regional economic gradient, combined with theanalysis of the eastern industrial transfer factor and Chongqing’s Utilization of DomesticCapital by Area,we get the conclusion that Chongqing’s industrial transferring come formGuangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Shanghai, and the easten area’sManufacture of Textile、Processing of Timber, Manufacture of Wood, Bamboo, Rattan,Palm and Straw Products、Manufacture of Furniture、Manufacture of Special PurposeMachinery、 Manufacture of Communication Equipment, Computers and OtherElectronic Equipment have the transfer trends;②Set the index system of chongqing’s industrial competitiveness，we get the conclusion: Chongqing’s Manufacture of Textile、 Manufacture of Medicines、Manufacture of Raw Chemical Materials and Chemical Products、Manufacture ofTransport Equipment、Manufacture of Communication Equipment, Computers andOther Electronic Equipment have the undertaking advantage;③Based on the easten area’s transfering industry and the chongqing’s industryadvantage, reference the scholars’study in the western region and Chongqing’s "TwelfthFive-Year Plan" strategic emerging industries，we get the key industries to underta：Manufacture of Communication Equipment、Manufacture of Communication Equipment,Computers and Other Electronic Equipment、Manufacture of Textile、Manufacture ofCommunication Equipment, Computers and Other Electronic Equipment;④Considerring the “The12th Five-Year Plan” and athor cholar‘s conclusions,Chongqing could Cultivate and develope the car and motorcycle, notebook computers toget the advantage of industry cluster; and Give the suggestions such as the optimization ofthe undertaking industrial structure、investment environment、innovation、industrialclusters undertaking model to optimizase of industrial structure.Also, there are still get sme deficiencies, such as the study methods innovation、theanalsis about the undertaking of the services sector、quantitative analysis on the effectionsof Industrial transfer to the optimization of industrial structure.
