Study On Enhancing Public Economic Supply For The Specialized Farmers Cooperatives

Specialized farmers cooperatives are mutual help economic organizations joinedvoluntarily and managed in a democratic manner by the producers and operators of thesame kind of farm products or by the providers or users of services for the same kind ofagricultural production and operation. Nowadays China has been in the WTO for8years，the senescent agriculture of over dense in China has involved in the world market.How to promoting the industrialized operation agriculture, better organize farmers intheir access to the market and improve the overall efficiency agriculture in this situationhave become the grand strategy and the question of reality in the rural economy andagricultural field. In this new situation，Specialized Farmers Cooperative which is theinnovation in our management and administration on rural cooperative will affect thewhole China not only in the rural economic field. Since the implementation ofeconomic reform, China’s rural economy has undergone tremendous changes. But therural area’s public service has lagging behind within the10years reform of the financialsystem. With the development of the specialized farmer’s cooperatives，the total amountof rural economy and the productivity grows steadily，meanwhile the structure of theeconomy is keeping changing. But the public service which is suitable for thedevelopment of the specialized farmers’ cooperatives is lagging behind. According tothe investigation in more10provinces，combining the basic theory of public economyand new socialist countryside, the article probes deeper into this social phenomenon.
