Chinese Food Processing Enterprise Informatization Research And Implementation

This paper, based on current research related to information technology in the food industry applications, combined with the national policy, industry background of Chinese food processing enterprise information technology, makes a deep study on Chinese food processing enterprise informatization and realizes the system.Firstly, This paper, according to the catering industry background, that the food safety problems of catering enterprises happen frequently, information construction lag behind, develop toward the intensive direction, combined with current situation of domestic and foreign food information research in the field of logistics, information technology, the intersection of catering and informatization, as well as taking full account of the current situation and the demand of informatization of Qingdao Yuan Jian Service Management Co.,Ltd., determines the focus on this thesis research and implementation in the network shopping platform, date interface, Warehouse Management System(WMS).Next, this thesis analyzes the three-dimensional packing problem that relates to one of the logistics distribution links. To solve this problem, mathematical models is created, and the anthropomorphic heuristic algorithms and recursive algorithm are applied to three-dimensional packing problem, in order to achieve the purpose of the highest vehicle volume utilization rate.Then, according to the needs, this paper develops an overall architecture of the system design concept, design and planning of network topology and functional design, deciding to combine with online shopping and purchasing, production, sales, logistics, and take WMS, production management, financial management, personnel management, order management and so into the same system, realizing the full range of information technology.Finally, the paper analyzes and describes the design and implementation of the system main modules including shopping and recharging of the foreground, order management and financial management of the background, upload and download of the interface and warehousing operation of WMS in detail.Since this system was tested in2013December, through continuous improvement and generalization of the system, it has served11provinces more than1700chain stores,10logistics center. The implementation and application of this system improve the company’s informationization level and management level, and it has been praised and spoke highly of by the company.
