Research On The Optimization Of Network Organization Of Xiangshan’s Ship Enterprises

Ship industry serves as the national strategic pillar industry, which promotes many main industries such as iron and steel industry, Petrochemical industry, equipment and manufacturing industry, electronic message industry etc. In recent years, the domestic ship industry has experienced a rapid development and Xiangshan county, which locates in the southeast china, has developed the ship industry due to its unique location and resources advantages. However, sharply shocked by the financial tsunami, Xiangshan’s ship industry which was developing on a fast track went into a precipitous decline in2008. Despite the slow recovery in2009, Xiangshan’s ship industry faces the risk of the second sharp falling when entering an suffering environment both at home and abroad.The five huge difficulties lie in ordering the goods, manufacturing ships, delivering the goods, recruiting the work force, which all making the situation more tense. And how can Xiangshan’s ship industry in a trying situation dig itself out of a hole has become more and more pressing. And it is also the same case with many domestic ship manufacturing enterprises of medium and small scale.In view of this situation, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the relationship between market concentration rate of Xiangshan’s ship enterprises and its cluster network, and it discovers that Xiangshan’s ship enterprises network organization impose the problems of loose relationship in enterprises cooperation, slow development of ancillary(associated) industries, serious lacking of social service network. On account of these issues and taking Xiangshan’s ship industry developing mode into serious consideration, this paper reaches the conclusion that "the promotion of the intergrowth development of ship enterprise group and enterprise cluster serves as the best way of optimizing Xiangshan’s ship enterprise network organization" and it also raises the concrete proposals which serves as the theoretical guideline and analytical framework to the polices and formulations to promote the restructuring of Xiangshan’s ship industry.
