During knowledge time, knowledge is getting increasing important and theknowledge’s character of altering and hard to get make knowledge-transfer critical. Asfor that the cost of knowledge-transfer is low and it’s aim is identical, moreorganizations pay attention to it, especially the enterprise. Because the competingatmosphere changes all the time, enterprise have to flatten there tissue to adapt to thecircumstance. Organization in the form of team not only possess the merits ofcommon tissue but also changing with the circumstance which make the project team,work groups, virtual teams, research teams, new product development team and so onare pervasive.So,it matters that make a study on knowledge-transfer in team.The different feature of the two-part in knowledge-transfer and the trust relationshipbetween them has effects on the knowledge-transfer.This paper focus on heterogeneityin team, trust and knowledge-transfer. Heterogeneity is divided to generalheterogeneity and special heterogeneity, trust is divided to affect-based trust andcognition-based trust, knowledge is explicit knowledge-transfer and tacitknowledge-transfer. After established a model on them and empirical Analysis, thispaper get some conclusions as follow:1. General heterogeneity have negative effects on affect-based trust and tacitknowledge-transfer, special heterogeneity have positive effects on cognition-basedtrust and explicit knowledge-transfer;2. Affect-based trust and cognition-based trust have positive effects on explicitknowledge-transfer and tacit knowledge-transfer;3. Affect-based trust play a intermediary role between general heterogeneity and tacitknowledge-transfer, cognition-based trust play a intermediary role between specialheterogeneity and explicit knowledge-transfer.
