Knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation are source of competition advantages acquired by enterprises at knowledge economy times.Knowledge project team which is based on knowledge innovation increasingly becomes important type of organization design.Practical experience of many corporations proves that the application of information technology is not positively with the qualities and quantities of company inner knowledge flow.The most vital factor in company knowledge sharing is human.Meyerson&Weick(1996) and Kramer(1996)proposed the general idea of swift trust,and applied it to explain trust in temporary team.Rapidly constructed swift trust is a special form of collective understand and connection and can control organizational unstable,uncertainty,risk and expective questions in temporary team. Swift trust is considered to be adhesive and centripetal force of temporaryteam.At present,the research on swift trust is still at starting stage,mostly concentrated in the general idea and influenced factors.Though there is some relevant empirical study,depth and broadness also remain to expand.From the perspective of knowledge transfer influenced by soft factors in knowledge project team,this dissertation research on how to promote knowledge transfer performance using swift trust.Added conflict as moderator to research the effect between swift trust and knowledge transfer.This article constructs questionnaire according to literature and interview and explore the relationship between swift trust,knowledge transfer and conflict by empirical means.The empirical results are as follows:(1)Swift trust is positively with knowledge transfer and its dimensions(knowledge transfer satisfaction of team members;technical knowledge study;technical knowledge innovation);(2)The relationship between swift trust and the dimension of knowledge transfer technical knowledge study and technical knowledge innovation respectively moderated by affair conflict.The relationship between swift trust and technical knowledge study and technical innovation is higher performance in lower affair conflict group(3) Affection conflict will not moderate the relationship of swift trust and knowledge transfer.
