This paper will focus on Staff mobility of Human Resource Management to solvethe problem of management and protection of intellectual property related issues.Intellectual Property has a wide range of meaning, and this article will try to analysisCommercial Secrets, which is one of the main kinds of Intellectual Property.Commercial Secrets include two major categories, which are technical information andbusiness information, covering the whole process of management. Commercial Secretsplays a very important role in enterprise development. With the economic and socialdevelopment, the behavior of employees quit keeps growing. Enterprise resources flowinto the market or other enterprises with the outflow of these employees, resulting infrequent occurrence of commercial secrets infringement and unfair competition.Companies suffered huge losses in the following appeal to the law, hoping to stopinfringement and compensating for the loss."Shaanxi Xi’an Intellectual Property Forensic Appraisal Center" is designed toprovide forensic services for the public security bureau, procuratorate and court.Ordinarily, it is difficult for judges to make professional judgments on the technicalissues of intellectual property disputes, so it is quite necessary to apply to third-partyprofessional organizations for a professional forensic opinion as an important basis fordetermining the case. During my work, it is quite often to contact a large number ofintellectual property infringement cases, and most of them are commercial secretsinfringements. This article refers to a typical case in my work to explain as auxiliarytools to help you understanding the definition of commercial secrets, disclosure of enterprises sources and conservation measures for intellectual property. In this article,recommendations and references for staff mobility management of human resourcesare also provided to make a useful contribution to the protection of intellectualproperty.
