Study On The Employment Of Land-lost Farmers Based On Leave A Land For Settling

Land is the original income source of Chinese traditional farmers. With thedevelopment of the society, many traffic and public infrastructure were built by theintegration of urban and rural areas, and then the land-lost farmers increasing gradually.Under the condition that income was cut, the land-lost farmers can’t get jobs withoutskill and knowledge. They want to find some way to protect themselves and theirdecedents. Government is played as a garget which can solving problems, so theycrashed office，made traffic jams and went to the administration to express theirrequirements. In order to solve the living problem of land-lost farmers, we need to settledown the follow-up questions after the land was requited. As one of the maincompensation method, leaving the ground to find a place solve the land-lost farmers’problems by its superiorities. The author made a research on the Zhongzhuang Town,Guizhou Province for knowing the executive of the system which was calledland-leaving, and analyzes which is the best method to solve the problem of land-lostfarmers, then get a conclusion that land-leaving system is not a perfect way, but if weprocedure and planning the project accurately according to the long-term interests ofland-lost farmers, we can solve the employment security of them.
