China’s industrial clusters obtain a rapid development since the1980s in Zhejiang provinces,Especially in the mid-1990s, Zhejiang industrial clusters show a significant scale effect。At thesame time Zhejiang’s export trade also made a very prominent development. In2009Total exportsreached133.011billion U.S. dollars. From1994to2009Zhejiang dependence on foreign tradeincreased from28.8%to54%, Dependence on exports inreased to39%. Exports become a one ofthe most important engine to drive economic growth in Zhejiang. So Zhejiang industrial clustershad what effect on the export trade? Whether there is a positive trade effects? How much is theimpact of his efforts? Whether the higher degree of concentration, the higher the trade effects?How to play better about Zhejiang industrial clusters to export trade? These are worth exploring.In this paper, Firsr of all, describes the characteristics of industry cluster and classification, andthen describes the industrial cluster effect the performance of the export trade, on this basis,discusses industrial clusters about the mechanism of export trade and influence the path. Secondly,in the third part of the paper describes the formation of Zhejiang garment industry, garmentindustry development and the characteristics of Zhejiang. Then describes the garment industry inZhejiang Province，in five strong clothing province and in the global apparel value chain position.Again, in the empirical part, for Zhejiang garment industry cluster example demonstrated betweenindustrial clusters and export trade, the long-run equilibrium relationship.Finally, according toproblems which the development of industrial clusters of Zhejiang clothing,put forward somepolicy recommendations.Through the above ideas, this conclusion:1) Zhejiang’s export effect of clothing industry clusterhave four major: from transaction costs, competition, innovation and as well as marketing that havean effect to export growth and further enhance the Zhejiang Garment industrial clustersinternational competitiveness and visibility in the international market.2) The export and industrialclusters have high correlation, namely: concentration index increased by one percentage point,exports will increase1.25percentage points, This export effect was significantly higher than theentire manufacturing’s effect.but less than Zhejiang textile industry cluster’s effect.
