Research On Fund Innovation Of China

Innovation has become the theme of times, the development of technology tells us that a country has only got a strong capability of independent innovation, that it can be grow stronger in the fierce international competition. Financial innovation is also the same case, the innovation of financial products from financial regulators to promote system change, reducing market transaction costs and avoid financial risks, etc. to improve financial efficiency.The financial crisis in 2008 greatly reduced the financial product innovation and the development, especially for the Chinese fund industry which is on its way of exploratory. Meanwhile, domestic investors have many shortcomings in understanding of financial products, so the Chinese product innovation fund industry continues to face great pressure.Firstly, this article analyzes the development process of the US fund market, and in this process how the Government’s laws affect fund industry. Then it analyzes the fund industry innovation in US in order to provide some suggestions for the China fund industry. Subsequently, the paper introduces the development of China’s fund industry, and briefly introduced the classification of China’s fund, and based on the current fund’s performance in the market, focusing on the structural classification fund. Finally, this paper give some advice for the Chinese fund innovation.The innovation of this paper is to combine the latest case to analyze, so that we can put the theory and practice integrate, and provide reference for the healthy development of product innovation of China’s fund industry.
