Economic Hotel develops extremely fast, the amount increases from 166 hotels in 2004 to 3000 hotels at the end of 2008. With the development of the hotel market, the problems appear gradually:On the one side, the amount of hotels increase constantly; On the other side, the status of economic hotels is homogeneited that 3-star hotels are regarded as economic hotels, which lead to more severe competition.The competition of hotel mainly shows in these aspects:hardware facilities, equipments, funds, control of the cost, service and so on. However, the characteristics of Economic Hotel are simple and reasonable in price, and the service is just accommodation and simple breakfast:Therefore, in my opinion, the competition of Economic Hotel is mainly in the environment of accommodation and the quality of service. There is a rule:4:l, that’s to say,80% income of corporation is from 20% customers, meanwhile, the cost that keeps one customer is enough to develop 4 customers, so it’s extremely important to keep the old customers. The staff play a key role. the change of staff will lead to the increase of human resource cost, even make customers unhappy. It’s bad for improving the service quality and keeping old customers. In the competition of human resource, salary is not the key, talents are kept not just by salary. Therefore, the first task is to guarantee the service quality, it’s urgent to develop an effective training to keep the staff and ole customers.As a modern enterprise, the survival and development of Economic Hotel is affected by many factors. The main factor is the employee, which is the most precious. With the development of technology, the hardware is better and better, but the hardware of Economic Hotel is far from that of luxury hotels, so the quality of staff and service is the most important thing, However, the training is the foundation of" software construction". The object of the paper is Oriental huatian hotel, which is a Economic Hotel and stands Jiangbei in Shaoyang city. The paper starts from the general situation of Hotel, analysis the present training system to find some deficiencies and show some ideas. The aim is to improve the effect of training of Shaoyang Oriental huatian hotel by the analysis of single case and the quality of service, then it can catch the domestic famous Economic Hotel, and even the International like Su 8.1. Construction and Main ideaThe first part is Introduction, it states the aims and meaning of study, mainly study how to improve the training effect of Shaoyang Oriental huatian hotel and the quality of service by the analysis of single case. Then it shows the investigation methods, which are Comprehensive analysis, Interviews, Literature, Questionnaire and so on.The second part is the theory of Economic Hotel. At first, it definite the Economic Hotel, which the foundation of the paper. It states the status that people own the wrong understand to Economic Hotel, characteristics and the meaning of the study of Economic Hotel. Then it shows the definition, the characteristics, rule and method.The third part is the analysis of the status of staff in Shenyang Oriental hotel. Firstly, it introduces the basic situations, The Hotel stands beside Telecommunications building Cay Road in Jingle. Then it analyses the status of the Hotel and shows the deficiencies in the training.The fourth part is the comparison of training home and abroad. The cases are mainly the brand Economic Hotel like Rujiakuaijie, Moat and "Jamaican", and it introduces their business of methods and shows special and worthwhile ones. The last part is the suggestions to strengthen the training. In order to realize four-match and the best training, it should match with the developing direction, strength, the economic basis and planning, with the Hotel management, with Human resources management, with the basic situation of Hotel staff. The staff should be trained scientifically, different methods to different level and types of staff. In addition, it need to adapt the method of combination of autonomic training and school-enterprise cooperation and cross training to improve service skills of staff. In this part, it strengthens the effect of evaluation to staff in Oriental Haitian hotel, it’s the check of training effect. As for the evaluation, firstly it need to establish the data of evaluation indexes and training effects, secondly it should develop the exchange and maintain of training effects. At last, it makes a summary of strengthening the staff training in Oriental Haitian hotel.2. Main ideas(1) The development of Economic Hotel and the requirements to talents are the urgent things.(2) The Economic Hotel Training should be matched from four sides.(3) Economic training should start scientifically and effectively.(4) Should make a evaluation to training effects and establish a effective evaluation system.3. Main innovationsThere are three innovations as follows:(1) New view. The paper studies the training of staff of Hotel, including the receptionist, cultivating talents, operating mode and so on, but there is still no study of training of employees of Economic Hotel. What’s more, the paper starts from Hotel training and focuses on the characteristics of Economic Hotel and Economic Hotel Training. Therefore, it is timely to start the investigation. (2) New methods. Based on management, human resources management and hotel management and combined the relative knowledge and analysis methods of three subjects, the paper solves the practical problems in developing.(3) New ideas., It shows the new strategies and methods that fit the requirements of staff training of Oriental huatian hotel.4. Main deficienciesThere are two deficiencies as follows:Owing that there is few study of Economic Hotel, and the reference data is limited, in addition, the training situation and the concrete details of Economic Hotel is difficult to master. Therefore, the paper just touches the surface.(1) Owing to the limited energy, it may not show the basic situation of Economic hotel training completely, and even not develop a further investigation, therefore, it haven’t yet studied the problems thoroughly that exists in Oriental huatian hotel...
