Study On Yunnan Compound Fertilizer Industry Development

The compound fertilizer industry and market of China will remain in disorder for certain period. The compound fertilizer industry mainly consists of small private enterprises while there are few large scale enterprises. During competing against small private enterprises, large scale enterprises are faced with three weak points, i.e. big fixed input, high raw material price and high manpower cost, which limit the development of large scale enterprises in compound fertilizer industry, also it’s rather difficult for them to gain profit within short period. In this paper, present situation, operation mode and development bottleneck of Yunnan compound fertilizer industry are analyzed based on actual cases and parameters in order to explore the necessity and feasibility of upgrading Yunnan compound fertilizer industry as well as the future development.The paper consists of seven chapters:Chapter 1-Preface-the study topic is briefly described, and background, significance, ideas, method, theoretical basis and general frame of the paper are summarized.In Chapter 2, the industry structure and relevant theories are summarized.In Chapter 3, the problems of Yunnan compound fertilizer industry structure are presented. Firstly global compound fertilizer industry structure and the development trend as well as present situation of compound fertilizer industry in China are briefly presented. Then the problems of Yunnan compound fertilizer industry structure are comprehensively presented.In Chapter 4, Yunnan compound fertilizer market is analyzed based on SCP Model.
