| Fuel ethanol, as an important type of renewable energy, has aroused more and more attention in the world, and it is becoming a huge potential new industry. Fuel ethanol, particularly econogical non-grain fuel ethanol can not only ease the tense situation of energy supply, optimize energy structure, and protect national energy and food security; but also improve and protect the ecological environment. At the same time, it can expand agricultural function, and increase farmers’income, which has a great significance for the achievement of sustainable development.Establish the Eco-industrial chain is the basic way to develope the biomass fuel ethanol. Based on the chain of the sweet potato fuel ethanol, the paper explained the concept, characteristics, the necessity and significance of the eco-industrial chain, under which the paper constructed the ecological industry chain for sweet potato ethanol that is divided into the main industry chain and the vice industry chain. Then, the paper used cost-benefit analysis to difine the meanning and constructe the framework of the economic value、environmental value、social value and integreted value of the eco-industrial chain of sweet potato fuel ethanol. Combined the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the paper analysed the economic value、environmental value、social value and integreted value of the Eco-industrial chain of sweet potato fuel ethanol. Related to other raw materials and gasoline production the values and competitiveness of Eco-industrialchain of sweet potato fuel ethanol are caculated and compared.Sum up the research results, The results are as fallows: From the view of economic value, sweet potato significantly disadvantages the petrol; But From the view of environment and social value, sweet potato ethanol eco-industrial chain can effectively increase environmental benefits,and have a positive sociel effect. Integrated three, the integrated value of Eco-industrial chain of sweet potato ethanol is much larger than the value of gasoline production. Based on the problems which block the values to be realized, it gave some useful suggestions: Established the sound policy and regulation system to promot the eco-development of biomass ethonal; Adjust measures to local conditions to coordinate the food security and energy security and strengthen the R&D of eco-industrial chain of biomass ethonal et al. Therefore, from the whole, promote the eco-development of the biomass ethonal; increase the value of Eco-industrial chain of biomass ethanol. |
