Advanced Product Quality Planning Process Optimization And Information Management

This thesis describes the problems and the status quo of advanced product quality planning process in the company. Study the typical problems which happened in APQP process, then identify their root causes. For fixing these root cause, this thesis provides appropriate action plans, also implement the actions, and verify them to make sure the actions be effective to keep running APQP process smoothly in the company. In the final section of the thesis, the writer prospects to use the information management software to manage Advanced Product Quality Planning process.This thesis provides a useful reference in theoretical and practical application of Advanced Product Quality Planning management. The thesis provided useful views in the process reengineering and practices. Validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the process reengineering method by implementing it in the actual practices. Described problems and improved situation in this thesis exist in the current company. Of course, there are still some problems in the process reengineering of the Advanced Product Quality Planning process, we will continue to refine the model in the future work.Successes of Advanced Product Quality Planning not only depends on a reliable and effective process, but also depends on all staffs have the ability to accomplish all the works in the Advanced Product Quality Planning process. So the concept and job skills training are also the focus of this thesis. Base on the research and analysis result on all people who involved in the APQP process, developed an effective training evaluation system to improve staff ability, which is the foundation to success the advance product quality planning.I hope this thesis can contributed a meager force, play a serve as a stimulus for the Advanced Product Quality Planning applications in the automotive industry.
