It is very important that having a reasonable and effective evacuation plan for emergency evacuation, a good evacuation plan can helps to increase the efficiency of evacuation. Hence, this thesis aims at analyze how to complete the emergency evacuation in the shortest time, how to plan the traffic flow based on the road net after disaster. The main contents are,Firstly, use AHP to analyze all factors which affect the accessibility of the road, establish a structure of all factors by level, calculate the weights of all the factors. Then, use Fuzz math to calculate the accessibility of the road after disaster.Secondly, change the accessibility of the road into the equivalent length of the road, revise the length of the road. After that, establish the new road net with revised road length for planning the traffic flow.Thirdly, use the improved Dial model with topological searching, calculate the weight of the road in positive sequence, plan the traffic flow in reverse order. Combined with comparing the traffic capacity method, re-calculate the traffic flow, and re-plan the routes for evacuation.Fourth, build a simulation model with Automod, imitate the new road net after disaster with revised road length, build the simulation model using the evacuation scheme. At last we can verify the rationality and efficiency of the evacuation plan through the simulation model...
