Rearch On The Dynamic Mechanism And Devellopment Strategy Of Urban Mice Toursim

MICE tourism, one of the emerging tourism types, it has become a spotlight of tourism development and tourism academic research, because of its huge economic and social benefits. Some cities have focued on cultivating MICE toursim, as the MICE tourism be a new growth point for the urban economic development, to help the improvement of tourism product structure, to enhance the city image, so the competition among cities is becoming more and more furious. This paper as the concept of tourism sustainable development a guide, using the dynamic mechanism of urban tourism, tourism stakeholders and cusumer behavior theory, from three core MICE tourism stakeholders’views builds the development dynamic mechanism model of urban MICE tourism, which is the MICE tourism destination, MICE tourist and MICE tourism intermediary organizations. Then in practice, this paper taking Hangzhou for example, analysis the development mechanism of MICE tourism and put forward the measures.This paper is divided into five parts:The fist part introduces the research background and purpose of this paper, sum up the frame strcture about the paper,then the the research methods and innovations.The second part reviews the relative research theories both home and abroad, and use the basic reserch theories of urban tourism for the development of MICE tourism.The third part analyzes the development dynamic mechanism of MICE tourism, from the different views of the MICE destination, MICE tourist and MICE ntermediary organization, at the same timing building the the development dynamic mechanism model which be consisted of push system, pull system and intermediary system.The fouth part taking Hangzhou for example, analyzes deeply the the development dynamic mechanism of MICE tourism, then finds the dominant power and auxiliary power. at last puts forward the measures.The fifth part summarizes the conclusions and reserch prospects of this study.
