| With the development of economy and the globalization of competition, as the cancer of enterprise, warehouse has gradually become the important means to reduce the costs and improve the competitiveness. While the arrangement of warehouse function location or layout planning will directly affect the operation cost of manufacturing warehouse and is the key of manufacturing enterprises to improve the competitiveness. So the rational planning of warehouse layout will be imperative.Based on the project "Warehouse design and optimization of X group" and full analysis of the problem of manufacturing warehouse layout, the paper uses a method combined qualitativeness with quantitativeness, establishes a mathematical model, solves with heuristic algorithm and finally conducts a simulation.The paper first divides the warehouse layout planning into five steps such as function set and area estimation; Secondly the paper establishes the function set、each function area position and each functional area size as influence factors; Then the warehouse functions are divided into four types:function area that direct operation object is material、function area that direct operation object is appliance、function area that has certain proportion coefficient with the storage zone、function area that has certain operation unit area, and put forward different types of area estimation method; Again the paper establishes the manufacturing warehouse layout planning model based on the smallest total transportation cost and according to the characteristic of the model, uses genetic algorithm to solve, designs the data structure and gives a practical example to verify; finally the paper generates layout by the simulation software.The research has a wide range of theoretical and practical significance, not only provide valuable theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the warehouse layout planning of manufacturing enterprise, but also provide reference for other warehouse layout planning. |
