Study On Warehouse Planning And Inventory Optimization Control Of X Manufacturing Enterprise

Manufacturing industry is the main industry of the national economy and the source of social production and reproduction. The warehouse has become the logistics center of the modern enterprise in recent years. In the past, the warehouse was considered as a cost center without added value. However, the warehouse has been considered as not only a part of the process of forming added value, but a key factor of business success. As the warehouse has become an important part in the process of material circulation and an important node in the process of logistics in modern manufacturing enterprise, reasonable warehouse planning and perfect warehouse management system will directly affect the operating costs of manufacturing enterprise which is the key issue for the survival and development of the enterprise. Therefore, for the enterprise, warehouse planning and management are of great significance. Under the new situation of economic competition, manufacturing enterprises pay more and more attention to the importance of the warehouse in the innovative development of mining their competitive potential.In this paper, based on the practical work of warehouse planning and management in X manufacturing company, we make the comprehensive study of warehouse planning and management from the aspects of theory and practical application respectively. We do research on the theories of the warehouse planning and management in the manufacturing enterprise on the basis of the analysis of present situation of domestic and foreign research. Then, considering the actual demand of warehouse planning of X enterprise, the storage strategy is determined, the functional areas are divided, the regional area is estimated and the warehouse planning scheme is obtained comprehensively considering the needs of warehouse planning, such as the regional correlation. After the completion of the planning, combined with the practical case of warehouse management of X enterprise, the specific implementation methods of the application of standardized operations, visual management and information system of the practical warehouse management are discussed in order to enhance the warehouse management level. The study on the warehouse planning and management problem of manufacturing enterprise in this paper is based on the concrete practical work. Therefore, the research has a wide range of theoretical and practical significance which is not only providing theoretical basis and decision-making reference for X enterprise, but also providing valuable reference for the warehouse planning and management work of other manufacturing enterprises in the future.
