Because of Dalian Port’s network of market scanty movement is huge and complicated by the Dalian Port inland container transportation network optimization.This paper analysis Dalian Port optimize the container transportation network is necessary, and pointed out that the current collection and distribution network has been unable to meet the Dalian construction to become northeast inferior international shipping center needs. Through the analysis on container transport network, the area of Dalian Port advantage, Dalian Port transportation situation, point out Dalian Port container collection and distribution system development existing problems; Then the grey prediction, exponential regression prediction and forecasting of Dalian Port container throughput forecast, arrive at Dalian Port in the next5years of container handling capacity will increase substantially, and qualitative determine Dalian Port to container collection and distribution network optimization is necessary; for the container transportation network optimization for container terminal, container terminals and transportation channel optimization, as a result of this study is the inland transportation optimization therefore incorrect dock for consideration. This paper selects the method of cluster analysis on the northeastern region of the city were analyzed, and then draw as container transfer station city priority; the container transportation network in highway and railway lines for qualitative and quantitative analysis, the quantitative analysis of the data and data limitations, aims to give analysis method.Obtained through research in order to enable Dalian Port to meet the needs of future development, to develop in Shenyang, Dalian and the three Harbin container center station outside of the container terminal, so as to alleviate to Harbin-Dalian highway line and the railway line pressure; to build a railway line through the eastern part of the northeast, with has or is about to establishment of container terminal, and the old railway line jointly play a role; this paper also use data to establish inland container collection and distribution network optimization model, with the similar research model.
