In this thesis, Little Sheep Company will be used as an example to study its corporate culture, organizational structure, as well as its human resource management practice. Through the use of the5P model, strategic human resources and strategic match analysis framework in-depth analysis, To study the catering enterprises in strategic human resource management practice. The paper finds that the corporate culture, organizational structure, and the staff recruitment work of Little Sheep company have the unique and relative advantages. These work has laid a solid foundation for enterprises from growing into maturity, these activities can match with the corporate strategy. As the example, Little Sheep company’s experience can be a good reference to the food and beverage companies in employee training, executive compensation and the promotion system.However, the development of key issues of strategic human resource management in growing food and beverage companies is that the pay system, performance evaluation of the effects of store employees, and how to solve the issue of staff turnover, still need further efforts. To solve the above problem, this paper presents such as the pay system to improve, improve the performance appraisal, and to improve the effectiveness of training and other specific recommendations and strategies. Provide some basis for growing food and beverage companies strategic human resource management practices. To fill the lack of catering enterprises in strategic human resource management in theory.
