September 2014,Premier Li Keqiang at the summer Davos forum by opening remarks,proposed to set off a new wave of "public entrepreneurship","entrepreneurial roots,the formation of" everyone innovation "," innovation and peoples' new situation,from the concept of public entrepreneurship,innovation and peoples' deep into people's hearts.As of 2014,the number of small company in China has reached about 70000000,with the increasing number of small company,a lot of problems have emerged,human resource management issues in a number of issues,especially prominent.The traditional human resource management is mainly focused on the management of personnel,the development of the enterprise's strategy does not match,thus restricting the development of enterprises.With the development of society and the improvement of management system,strategic human resource management has been referred to a new height.Yunnan RCX company as a member of the small and medium-sized enterprises,based on in Colleges and universities in Yunnan market,to "the dissemination of traditional culture and cultivate excellent tea youth" for the purpose;to tea sales,tea specialist training as the main business.The real economy recession in recent years,so the company will be the main business to tea specialist training business tilt.Business adjustment will inevitably cause department changes and staffing changes,tea sales business in the main business,the required fewer employees,departments configuration is simple;but the training of different business and need to a lot of market personnel in the school for publicity and promotion,and to increase the teaching department,office and other departments,departments increase will inevitably lead to the increase,which to the human resources management brought new demands and challenges.According to the situation of the company,in the domestic and international inspection of strategic human resource management and related theory,on the basis of the author's work experience,through interviews and research,clarify the company's strategy,analysis of human resource management problems existing in the company recruitment the form of a single,lack of management personnel,the staff overall capacity is not high,mobility,training system is not perfect,not perfect promotion mechanism,incentive measures,fewer types of benefits need to be improved,in the analysis of problems at the same time,the author will focus on issues of human resource strategy with the company strategy how to match,put forward from the back the positioning of human resources management system,human resource planning,recruitment and configuration,training and development,performance management,salary welfare management,Labor relations and staff mobility management to adjust,and strive to match the company's strategy.At the end of the paper,the conclusion and prospect are presented.
