Electronic commerce is that information technology develops to a certain stage and applies in all kinds of business activities of the product, and it is the result of the development of human civilization. It saves a lot of manpower and material resources and time, reduces the labor cost, and widens the businessman profit space, and makes great contribution for the economic development of our country. At present, although the electronic commerce in our country socialist market economy environment has a bright prospect, in its rapid development process it is facing serious moral crisis. The research object of this paper is B2C e-commerce, businessmen for the consumer e-commerce activities, and makes detailed discussion about the moral problems, reasons and countermeasures in the three parts.The first part is a summary about the moral problems in Chinese B2C e-commerce activities. In the base of full explanation about some basic theories of electronic commerce, China’s traditional and modern business moral concept, according to the questionnaire and interviews records, I put forward so many kinds of moral problems in every circulation point in electronic commerce activity, such as the lack of trust of businessmen, malevolent shopping of consumers, the lack of standardization of the third party payment platform, inferior service quality of logistics and so on.The second part is to make a detailed analysis about the four main reasons of the moral problems during electronic business activities. The first is the social reason, namely the descendent of social morality, the development of electronic commerce is too fast so as to the imperfect management system, the laggard legal system construction and so on; the second is the reason of the e-commerce itself, because Internet puts up the inherent limitations and the virtual character in the electronic commerce activity, and at the same time its technology is not mature; the third is about the businessmen, because they are droved by the bad benefit drive, then make money without thinking anything; the fourth is about the consumers, namely some consumers’moral quality is poor. The third part is about the five suggestions that how to strengthen the moral construction, such as strengthening the construction of the harmonious social morals system; completing the laws and government policy; perfecting electronic commerce management system; improving the level of business ethics; strengthening the individual moral education.
