In recent years,people's demand for cold-chain agricultural products has rapidly expanded with the improvement of living standards,and the scale of the cold chain industry and agricultural product cold chain logistics infrastructure has also been rapidly developed.However,due to the seasonality and perishability of agricultural products themselves,Characteristics,for the cold chain logistics technology involved in the processing,storage and transportation links,the development of China's current agricultural cold chain logistics is still far behind the market demand.Therefore,in the process of developing cold chain of agricultural products in China,it is necessary to explore how to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products and improve consumer satisfaction and enterprise benefits.The requirements for time and quality of agricultural products are extremely high.The corresponding form of the cold chain of agricultural products involves a number of industries and sectors,and its system is more complicated.In order to study how to improve the development of cold chain of agricultural products,reduce the loss of agricultural products in circulation,improve social and economic benefits,and carry out intelligent information collection,monitoring management and information traceability of agricultural products cold chain.From the perspective of constructing the intelligent cold chain logistics system of agricultural products of the Internet of Things,this paper analyzes and empirically studies the impact of the key technologies of the Internet of Things in the cold chain logistics of agricultural products.This paper analyzes the current situation of China's agricultural product cold chain logistics and the impact of the application of Internet of Things technology,and shows that the Internet of Things technology can improve the intelligent level of agricultural products cold chain,and then introduce the intelligent cold chain logistics of agricultural products under the guidance of the Internet of Things.The application combines the process of agricultural cold chain logistics with the three-tierarchitecture of IoT technology.By extracting the key technologies of the Internet of Things sensing layer,network layer and intelligent layer,the intelligent cold chain logistics system of agricultural products based on Internet of Things technology is constructed.The weight of each index in the system is judged by the triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process to Yunnan Province.As an example,the intelligent cold chain logistics of agricultural products is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and then the correctness of the system is verified,with a certain reference and guiding significance for the construction and evaluation of agricultural product cold chain.
