Research On Drug Cold Chain Logistics Process Risk Management

In response to the increasing awareness of the quality of life, people’s demands for Refrigeration drug and drug cold chain logistics service grow faster and faster. There are many differences between cold chain logistics and normal logistics. Cold drug needs temperature control, moisture control in order to ensure drug quality because of its short shelf life. However, account for the low management level and risk awareness, drug safety problems has occurred frequently in the drug cold chain logistics operations and has aroused wide public attention. The research on drug cold chain logistics risk management arises just in the context of this reality background and has important theoretical significance and application value.This dissertation looks towards the perspective of drug cold chain logistics basic process analysis; researches the specific work flow of the logistics activities, in order to improve the management level of medicine circulation enterprise and insure drug safety by analysis, identification, assess and control the risk in the cold chain logistics.The main results achieved in this dissertation can be summarized as follows:First, analysis drug cold chain logistics process and identifies the risk factors in each process. Second, establishes an ISM model and divides these factors into three levels. Third, establishes an ATA model and makes a case study; and at the end of this dissertation, proposes some risk control measures for drug cold chain logistics.In addition,13figures and19tables were concluded in the dissertation.
