The Comparative Research Between Domestic And Foreign Peasantry Entrepreneurial Behavior

The issue of “Agriculture， Countryside and Peasantry” has become a serious topic which restricts our country economy. Many scholars research to solve the issue of “Agriculture, Countryside and peasantry” from different views such as rural industrialization, urbanization and urbanization of farmers, in order to reduce the number of farmers and promote realize the aim of increasing farmers’ income. However one of our basic national conditions is that our country has large numbers of farmers, the ability of urban absorbing rural surplus labor is very limited. To solve this problem， we must be established in the Agriculture， Countryside and Peasantry and from the internal to find the train of thought for dealing with “Agriculture， Countryside and Peasantry”. Peasants’ entrepreneurship is the mostly way to solve the problem of employment and increase farmer’s income. The study takes use of Peasants’ entrepreneurship as object， the behavior of Peasants’ entrepreneurship as perspective， and the comparative study of domestic and foreign ideas as the train of thought for research. Then， compare the entrepreneurial behavior of domestic and foreign farmer entrepreneur and analyze similarities and differences of domestic and foreign farmer entrepreneurial behavioral. Finally put forward proposal to promote Peasants’ entrepreneurship for our country.To begin with， the study is on the basis of studying theory of domestic and overseas scholars, making qualitative analysis of entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial resource. On the basis of qualitative analysis, design questionnaire, investigate present situation of Chinese farmers entrepreneurship, farmers’ entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurship resource, callback questionnaires and put forward hypothesis. Construct the influenced model between entrepreneurial traits， entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial resources. Secondly， it adopts the method of empirical study to analyze the effect of Peasants entrepreneurial traits on entrepreneurial motivation and the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial resources by SPSS17.0statistical software. The results show that Peasants entrepreneurial traits have significant influence on entrepreneurial motivation, and entrepreneurial motivation has significant influence on entrepreneurial resource. Then select France, Japan, the United States and Canada as sample countries to research, and make a compared research between domestic and foreign farmers entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial motivation and resource, based on the farmer entrepreneurial behavior questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis and documents. Then from entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial environment factors, make analysis on reasons of differences between domestic and foreign farmers entrepreneurial behavior. Finally this paper proposed some countermeasures and suggestions to promote our country farmers entrepreneurship. Put forward some countermeasures to promote Chinese farmers entrepreneurship after making the comparison of domestic and foreign farmers’ entrepreneurial characteristics, motivation and resource and analyzing reasons of differences between domestic and foreign farmers entrepreneurial behavior.
