With the constant improvement of the economic development level in our country,the reform and marketization,our country enterprise labor relations is increasingly diversified and complicated.Compared with the other properties of the enterprises in our country,private enterprise has the highest degree of marketization,its internal labor relations are more complex.For private enterprises to optimize the allocation of resources and market advantages of higher sensitivity,time in the last 30 years rapid development,private enterprises have already become the important impetus of economic growth.Labor relations of private enterprises is directly related to the validity and rationality of the manpower resource of enterprise,related to the enterprise harmonious degree of the internal relations.Study the influence factors of labor relations of private enterprises,can provide effective basis for improve the private enterprise internal labor relations,can promote private enterprise labor production efficiency,so this topic research has certain practical significance.Thesis research is the basic goal of using the changshu factors influencing the evaluation model of labor relations of private enterprises,reveals the influence factors of private enterprise labor relations,changshu,changshu harmonious labor relations of private enterprises is put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.Around the research target,this paper first through the literature review,theoretical analysis,and with the situation of changshu,changshu city,has been clear about the main influencing factor of the labor relations of private enterprises,build the factors influencing the evaluation model of changshu private enterprise labor relations.On this basis,based on 298 questionnaires survey data,using the descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis method and other methods,the empirical analysis of the factors associated with the specific impact of changshu private enterprise labor relations and improvement Suggestions are put forward.Through research,it is concluded that the private enterprise labor relations,changshu specific conclusions:(1)through the influential factors of population survey analysis table,gender differences have no obvious impacts of changshu labor relations of private enterprises,explain the connection between the two are not closely;Of the analysis about the degree of discretion exist obvious differences in cognition of labor relations,and in view of the different position,degree of the differences between high and low performance is not obvious.Labor contract on the three factors influencing the study,different profession,employment relationship has obvious distinguish,changshu private enterprises should be to make a concrete analysis and research on this a few class difference,can effectively improve enterprise labor relations management mode;(2)salary,benefits,development environment,democratic management,trade unions,labor contract and labor dispute and other influence factors and changshu private enterprises there is significant correlation between labor relations and influence degree order from big to small order is c&b management>>>development environment democracy unions>>labor contract labor dispute.Influence factors of each dimension and changshu there is significant correlation between the private enterprise labor relations.Employees working in private enterprises in changshu,salary,benefits to employees and enterprise labor relations.In addition,the development of the enterprise environment and enterprise labor relations in the second place.According to degree of conclusion of this research,this paper puts forward the Suggestions on building a harmonious changshu private enterprise labor relations.Specific to formulate feasible compensation system,to create a good environment for enterprise development,enterprises to carry out democratic management,giving play to the role of trade union organizations,improve labor contract rate,improve the labor dispute processing mechanism...
