Since the reform and opening-up policy carried out for about forty years,the private economy of the whole nation has seen its flouring spring,especially in coastal areas.For example,in B county,Zhongshan in Guangdong province,private enterprises not only provide most of employment opportunities but also play a significant part in national economy,making important contributions to social economy.However,with the development of private economy,problems and contradictions become more distinct,especially labor conflicts.It's reported that the amount of labor conflict causes ranks a high level.As the most basic social relation,labor-capital relationship,which is of great realistic significance to build a socialist harmonious society,relates to workers' vital interests,the healthy development of enterprise,even the country's economic sustainable development and the stability of the society.There are so many headline news about getting back wages.For instance,Premier Wen Jiabao asked salary for unpaid workers,and even some unpaid peasant-workers chose to jump from a building to get back wages,from which we can see that those increasingly frequent labor trouble and all sorts of group incidents had an adverse effect on social stability.As a result,it is very important and urgent to build a harmonious labor-and-capital relationship in private enterprises.Selecting private enterprises in B county in Zhongshan as research objects,and based on related theories of domestic and international labor relations,the thesis consists of five chapters to study and analyze how to build a harmonious labor relation in B county by ways of questionnaire survey,focused interview,case analysis and so on.This paper focuses on problems and causes of labor-capital relationship in private enterprises in B county,on the basis of which it puts forward some suggestions on how to build harmonious labor-capital relations for the private enterprises in B county.Research has shown that the major problems of labor-capital relationship in B county are as follows.In labor market,supply exceeds demand,and laborers in a week position have diversified demands.On the contrary,enterprises are in a strong position,which leads to the benefit unevenly distributed.Meanwhile,since entrepreneurs have little consciousness of rule of law,the lawful rights and interests of workers can't be protected effectively.Besides,the government has over-demanded the rapid economic development,which brings imperfect law system and the lack of labor supervision.Last but not least,establishing enterprise union is time-consuming because of its intense political character,lack of relative independence and etc.To solve the problems above,the suggestions are listed as follows.There comes first to improve overall quality of workers and their awareness of right-protection according to law.Secondly,enterprises should start with perfecting their salary system and building enterprise culture to improve enterprise governance type.Moreover,it's suggested the the government should begin with setting scientific development outlook and accurate achievement view,strengthening supervision of law enforcement,perfecting the legal system and so on in order to transform the working function and improve the ability to govern according to law.Finally,it's necessary to fully exerting the mediating function of enterprise union and strengthen it's independence.
