With the rapid development of our country's market economy, the proportion of private enterprises in the economic system is increasing gradually,and has been a significant and indispensable power to push our country's economic going forward. The relationship between the employer and employee of private enterprises has changed markedly and more labor conflicts have appeared along with the join of vast employee to private enterprises.At present, the existing problems of private enterprises labour relationship are centralized on the following aspects:First, the rate of employee who signed up is not high, those who established collective contract system are less, and the rate of executing contract are much less;Second,the conflict of salary related is outstanding;Third,the systematism degree of labor union is low, and many labor unions are nominal;Fourth,the rate of emplyee who attend insurance is not high, medium and small business enterprises feel the economic burden is heavy, and the social insurance relation is difficult to transfers;Fifth,the cases of labor controversy is increasing continuously, part of these cases are very difficult to resolve.These problems lead the labour relationship management of private enterprises bogged into crisis age.This paper started from the research of the characters and existing problems of labour relationship of private enterprises, the concept of labour relationship risk is derived according to the meaning of human resource management risk.And then based on the erecting sequence of labour relationship,labour relationship risk is divided into three phases : preceding- risk,post-risk and relief- risk of labour relationship.The author has analyzed the inferior class contained in each phases of labour relationship particularly,found out the concrete performance,harm and cause of each inferior class by analyzing them deeply. General measures and specific operation steps of preventing labor relationship risk were brought forward on the basis of summarizing the occurre rate and the influencing extent of each risk.That is,To reduce the economic loss due to labour relationship risk by the strategy of risk defend and risk transfer method.Accordingly, the function of labour relationship risk prevent could be exerted farthest.So as to provide reference and guide foundation for alleviating the labour relationship conflict and decrease labour relationship risk cost of private interprises,and to provide powerful guarantee for private enterprises to achieve their total economic targets.
