With the development of society and the coming of the knowledgeeconomy time, the requires from customer to product is more and morecomplexity and diversity, which requires the enterprise can not only offerlarge-scale simplificati on products, but also meet the customers’individuality demand more quickly, that lead to the design of the productand in the production process becomes more and more complex. In order todeal with the change, more and more enterprises through the virtualmanagement, strategic alliance, as a way to form the value network system.Customer is the center of the value network,makes different tissue suchas suppliers,distributors, government agencies, research institution formodular adjustment and restructuring, through the flexible mode ofproduction and delivery to the customer customized products and services.In this paper will discusses the meaning of value network, the formingmechanism and the operating mechanism detailedly.Since the reform and opening up in China, the auto industry as a pillarindustry of the country has made rapid development, multinational autocompanies to establish a joint venture in China,at the same time a batchof self-owned brand automobile enterprise also rise up. This paper basedon the analyzes of the automobile industry to the opportunity for progressand the facing problems, puts forward three main ways to the competitiveadvantages of car enterprises developing,and think that value network isthe most effective way of China’s automobile enterprise competitiveadvantage, finally introduces two development mode of the auto industryin our country: joint venture mode and independent innovation mode.Then, this paper expounds the construction enterprise value networkcompetitive advantage from the network members of the core competence andthe enterprise value for network management ability two aspects. The members of the value network mainly includes two kinds: one kind is thecore of the enterprise as a pilot, and the other is the subordinate statusmodule of the enterprise. One pilot enterprises generally have thetechnical standards, and ability of organization, goodwill, brand, marketaccess, market network, social capital and customer capital resources,these resources belong to senior resources, or high resources, brings tothe enterprise is based on the advantage of the system. Because these highresources are generally monopoly, so for the core competence of the masterin the fierce competition in the market is the most lethal. So, to pilotenterprise that, the strategic choice of the core is one moment to maintainhigh resources possession because, in the form of the core competence ofcontinuous have. And module type of enterprise have the land, generalphysical capital, resources, location, size and labor and otherproduction factors, belong to the general primary resources or statusresources. This kind of enterprise general can only provide the designof simple design and mass production service, the most direct strategicchoice is to seek low cost. But because of its low value-added production,in the most low value curve, and is no longer an option for companies toand save for a rainy day, in the enterprise survive when must seeksustainable development path.Finally, this article through the introduction of the case of FAWgroup corporation value network building, and combining with actualsituation, has analyzed how the FAW group corporation set up the valuenetwork system to get competitive advantage, and discusses how the FAWgroup corporation’s supplies network to carry on the internal rules andresource sharing.
